I was recently discharged from Moseley Hall Hospital Ward 8 after a stay of approximately 6 weeks. The ward has an excellent team approach to the care and rehabilitation of patients. Staff were excellent from the receptionist to the consultant, medical staff and their multi professional team.
* The housekeeping staff were always kind and helpful making a particular effort to get to know the patients and there dietary needs, working collaboratively with the nursing staff. This was in addition to taking on a wide range of housekeeping tasks on the ward.
*
My Family and I cannot speak highly enough of the care, compassion and dedication of the nursing staff. They were hardworking, warm, friendly and always positive and encouraging. This approach I also witnessed with the other patients on the ward. Of the patients I spoke too on ward 8 they reiterated my sentiments as outlined above.
With heartfelt thanks from myself and family I feel blessed with being cared for by such good caring and compassionate professionals.
