"ENT clinic"

I had an incident i broke my nose and ever since I've struggled to breathe and have a bump in my nose. I came and had a consultation, the dr said they would only straighten the inside of my nose (septoplasty) and not touch the outside as it's cosmetic. I think it's disgusting how they won't put my nose back the way it was and only do half the job. It effects my everyday life causes headaches, can't eat properly as I can't breathe. It needs sorting and they said to have what I need which is (rhinoseptoplasty) I have to go private and pay. But someone with small breasts can walk in say I don't like them and get boob jobs done. I think it's disgusting.
