x-ray west, attended this dept last year for a simple knee x-ray, not sure which month,

but was discusted with being left in a draughty corridoor, i left, on returning home i left my opinion on here, when i next saw my doctor, i was asked why i never went to my appointment at derriford?. i had to explain to the doctor what the problem was there and that i did attend on day and time, an appointment was made for me at the local hospital, which i attended, and was really happy with the way the x-ray was performed and how proffessional they was, it seems that alot of the staff and management at derrifford could do with some lessons from these other hospitals on how to deal and treat people, and mainly a lesson on not lying about people not turning up for an appointment when in reality they had done?. this hospital, (derrifford ) seemed to run smoother and more professionally when a lot of the staff was protesting outside the place?,

i really dont think that the staff should use patients as pawns in their greed game, what a shame.
