"Outpatient procedure at gynecology"

I had to have a hysteroscopy today at St James Outpatient Gynecology Department today,

I was dreading it,

I had heard that this procedure was painful and my sister had the same procedure a couple of weeks ago in London and had had an awful experience.

However from the volunteer on the door at the Chancellor wing who told me where to go to the staff at gynecology department I was treated like a VIP.

What a fantastic group of staff, so kind, so attentive,

I was told exactly what would happen,

I was involved in decision making, the staff were truly lovely..
