I have just finished my 8 week Cardiac Rehabilitation course at Dundee House and would like to thank all the staff for their splendid efforts to get me back on the road to full fitness and with an appreciation of what is needed to stay healthy.
A heart attack is a daunting experience but with professional advice about the background and the lifestyle needed to avoid a recurrence the patient's confidence can be restored.
Well done to the team and I now have hopes of receiving the Queen's birthday telegram!
