What I liked
The man that applied the plaster on Monday 22nd September was absolutely brilliant.He was a scouser with a great sense of humour who spoke about football with my son for the duration of his plaster being fixed.What a great attitude and from what I could hear of other patients a great personality and really made an effort to put patients at ease.
What could be improved
No complaints at all.This hospital is superior ro anything my wife and I have experienced withour family.The Barbara Russell unit is first class and a credit to the hospital.
Anything else?
The nurses in the Barbara Russel unit were brilliant, the made my son feel very relaxed on his first night in hospital and my wife had chosen to stay in overnight she was made welcome.Give the team some well earned praise.
