"Marvellous, kind, and reassuring"

I had my first colonoscopy yesterday, I was nervous about the procedure. Please don't do as I did and read up on people's experiences on the internet.

Darenth Valley Hospital staff were marvellous, very kind and reassuring.

I was sedated but conscious throughout, the staff talk you through what they are doing, the procedure was excellently carried out, I had a polyp removed and I felt no pain.

A big thank you to the staff.
