I went to this hospital as an nhs patient having eye surgery for my droopy eye. I was greeted warmly and found it to be friendly. My consultant is highly recommended, I am thrilled with the outcome of my operation. I found the whole procedure to be very uncomfortable from being awake during having my eye lifted but the staff in the operation room were lovely and chatted reasurringly during the time I was in there. I asked my consultant to tell me what he was doing and he did so making me feel a lot better throughout.

My follow up appointment was on time and the staff again were great. My 2 year old and a friend came with me and they were very welcoming to them too.

Obviously I hope not to have this op done again but if I did then I would hope to get the same surgeon and staff as they were brilliant!
