"Worst treatment I have ever had"

About: South West London And St George's Mental Health NHS Trust

I would advise anyone needing help with their mental health to do everything they can to avoid using this trust. They do not want to help you, they just want to get you off their lists as quickly as possible. They do not listen or try to make you feel better.

Complaints to PALS actually made my treatment worse.

My mental health has 100% been made worse through trying to seek help from this trust. I thought I was worth helping until I was told otherwise by a member of staff here.

I hope others are able to access better treatment than I have received.

I can urge you to talk to the Patient Experience Team to make a further complaint to the team for a review, or if this has already been done direct you to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
