I visited A&E today and was impressed with the speed and level of service I received. Granted it was a Tuesday morning and not a busy Friday night, but I found that all the staff I met to be friendly and reassuring through all steps of the process - from Reception, Triage, See and Treat, and X- Ray.
Everyone was nice and I was treated courteously and quickly.
