phoned up staff said yes they were open and to come in and they would clean the wound and redress it. Nurse practitioner checked the infection was not tracking and temperature was not too high. Nurse cleaned the wound very throughly.Advised to attend GP the next day for swabbing and stronger antibiotics.
Staff were wonderful. My waiting time was approximately one minute.
Saved an A&E visit. Thank you for such wonderful care
