What I liked

my daughter took our grandson to the walk in centre, and was seen t with in an hour and the whole way through from booking in to seeing the doctor was very exeptional, I myself saw a physio lady and she helped me with my shoulder and arm and took the time to explain everything, well done, i have been to the walk in many times and each time have had no problems, very clean friendly. the other day i had a chest x-ray, the lady was so friendly and put me at ease, lets not forget the volunteers on the front desk and the shop, keep up the good work, you do us proud

What could be improved

people using mobiles the security guard could speak to people, any times i have seen people on the phone and one time the security just walked past, they notices are there for a reason.
