"Great level of service and care"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I would like to thank the staff in the angiogram team at Ayr Hospital for the care and attention that I received. The nursing staff were friendly, supportive and very patient centred. The news I received was personally disappointing but the time taken by staff to explain risks, benefits and my treatment plan to myself and my wife was very reassuring and helpful. The NHS is constantly in the news for the wrong reasons but I wish that some of those who report on such negatives would experience the great level of service and care that I received
