"Knee Operation"

I had a knee Operation in November 2015 and the up shot is that it is worse than before the Operation. I went back in early 2106 and was told by the Professor it will get better.
I have rung 3 times in the last week and I cannot get anybody to reply to my concern...
I am considering legal action
