"Ridiculous waiting times & poor information"

Arrived on a Sunday morning with a quiet, fairly free waiting room & empty nurse station with a thumb injury. After registering, we waited over 1.5 hours before being told we had failed to check in with the nurse, and were promptly seen & bandaged. Told we had to return 9am Monday for an x-ray.

After 2 hours today, we are still waiting for a 'senior nurse, who only came on at 10.00'... We have checked twice and been told we are 'first in the queue' for over 50 mins. The patient before us left at least half an hour ago.

Very poor communication, and a waste of 2 mornings for less than 10 mins attention. Would not return here for treatment.
