"Unknown Lump in my neck"

About: Freeman Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

I would just like to say from when I discovered my lump in September 2016 to my operation in January 2017 the treatment I received from all of the ENT and XRay staff was outstanding. I would also like to thank all of the staff on ward 10 for looking after me. My consultant for being so caring and thoughtful. The doctor for their kindness and thorough investigations. Also a special thank you to the anaesthetist who's name I cant remember, for making me feel relaxed and not too scared. But mostly I would like to thank my surgeon for their amazing work and after care. I cannot thank you all enough.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review of the treatment you received whilst being investigated and treated within the ENT Department as well as your subsequent operation and care on Ward 10 at the Freeman Hospital. It is always good to get positive feedback from patients when things have gone particularly well. The team on the ward 10 and in x-ray work hard to provide an excellent service, at what we understand will be a stressful time for patients.

Your feedback has been passed onto the team on Ward 10 who will be most grateful for your kind comments.

We trust that you are recovering well from your surgery.
