One consultant ear nose and throat excellent explained everything what the treatment would be and how it would be done he explained the risks and benefits.

What could be improved
Appointment time keeping very poor I have see 2 consultants over 8 appointments never been seen on time onces shortest delay 25 minutes longest 90 minutes, with no explanation or appology
