I undertook an extended period of treatment which was always delivered in a friendly professional manner. At the outset I was likely to see various practitioners. My request to be treated by the same worker, in order to be able to easily evaluate progress visually, was accommodated and most definately stengthened my feeling of patnership and confidence in the process.

Provision of same sex accommodation, although not a problem for me, was not obvious or poss not obvious enough to me, to register it was operational.

I would not hesitate to book in again if necessary.
