"So far so good."

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

My GP referred me to the ENT department. I was seen at the correct time, given clear directions when leaving the department for a hearing test and to have blood taken prior to arranging an MRI scan. As I was at the hospital for hearing loss, everyone in the ENT department faced me when speaking to me and I didn't have any difficulty understanding anyone. Everyone in all the departments I visited were friendly and helpful. Overall, a better than expected experience having read other reviews. Nothing to complain about whatsoever.

Thank you for your compliment for our ENT staff, particularly how clearly they communicated with you. We are very grateful to you for taking the time to provide such positive feed back for our hospital.
