On Thursday 16th Feb, I was visiting the renal unit with my nana for her routine appointment, from parking the car at kayll road entrance and walking down my nana fell over. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and was struggling but 2 doctors who were down near renal came up and helped us down where we got my nana a wheelchair, we completed Nana's appointment and took her straight to adult ED where after being examined she had broken her wrist, I wish i got the names of the first 2 doctors that helped us, everyone from the receptionist at renal, receptionist in ED, triage nurse, doctors in ED, x-ray and physiotherapist, were absolutely fantastic, we returned the next day for an appointment with the fracture clinic and I wasn't sure where this was, the receptionist in the main building was so helpful and guided me to where we needed to be, the visit was topped off with a lovely person in the plaster room.
All in all excellent service from everyone and many thanks to all especially the 2 doctors who came to help.
"Thank you"
