What I liked

I attended the walk in physiotherapy unit today, I was seen after a 3 minute wait. A member of staff examined me and took a history, she was enthusiastic and very motivating. She has given me exercises to do and another appointment to see her in 4 weeks time. I cannot speak too highly of the care I was given and the thoughtful advice with which she provided me.

What could be improved
