"Staff have attitude problems"

About: Northwick Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

I was referred to A&E by my GP since I was in constant paint. At the A&E there was a 25 min wait in the queue register myself with reception. And then another 1 hour for to be seen by the nurse. I was then told I was third in the queue and the doctor was aware. After almost 2 hours no call and I was still in pain. I then went to the nurse to enquire, now slightly annoyed nurse said "you know it can take 2hrs or 5 hrs you cannot be seen when you like". I have seen this attitude of "we are the god. Don't question us" from the reception to the nurses. And then I was told I may have to wait until next morning, bare in mind I have been in the hospital since 19:40! Not at any point I was asked about the severity of the pain or the current situation. So I have decided to leave the hospital and go home, since staying at the hospital is not going to make any difference. Only people who profited from this whole situation are the car park company.

They will not wait for you if you fail to pay to your taxes but it is apparently okay to make you wait and offer poor services for which some of your taxes are going to.

Now the time is 23:30 still no sign of the doctors and it's time for go home and do the norm. Take some pain killers and carry on pay the taxes :(
