"Marvelous service"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary / Cardiology

Could not ask for any better service than my wife and I received whilst in their care. We were treated with kindness and consideration. Unfortunately my wife passed away and the nurses were marvelous giving me support and love at this very sad time. Words cannot express the gratitude that I owe them.

We were very sorry to read about the passing of your wife and we would like to extend our sincerest condolences. We were very pleased that our staff were able to support you through this very difficult time and that you were shown consideration and kindness. It is always good to receive feedback which highlights the hard work and compassion of our staff.

We will ensure that your feedback is passed on to the Lead Nurse of the Cardiology Department so that it can be shared with the wider team.
