About: New Cross Hospital / Cancer Care

I feel I have to write and say a massive thank you to all of the staff members I have come into contact with over the last couple of weeks. I was diagnosed with breast cancer 3 weeks ago and had a lumpectomy on Thursday. From my first visit to the operation the care and support have been first class and even when I got home the follow up call from the breast care nurse was so reassuring . I would like to say a special thank you to the member of staff in imaging, the nurses on the Appleby suite and the consultant you are all a credit to not only the hospital but to the nhs. Thank you
