"My sons visit to hospital"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as a parent/guardian),

As a keen sportsman, my son unfortunately picked up an injury. Took him straight to minor injuries. Had a slight wait, which isn't really relevant, and he was seen by a nurse, I'm sure her name was Kit. She totally put my son at ease and strapped his hand up before he'd even realised. This lady took the stress out of the visit, and her care and manner was exceptional.

Dear InaC

Thank you for taking the time to post on Patient Opinion. I am pleased to read about the care your son received in our Minor Injuries Unit at the New Victoria Hospital especially in terms of the way the care was provided to your son. I will ensure your kind words are shared with Kit, she will be delighted to receive them.

I hope your son is now doing well.

Best wishes
Lisa
