I attended the social inclusion and wellbeing service. The staff were very helpful, kind and patient. It was to help me get back into the social side of things. There were too many people when I went to the allotments - I just wasn't ready then. So we went along to Wollaton Park recently. I hope to be a volunteer, doing some gardening and taxidermy, and possibly some work at the Castle, looking after the collections.
Things were bad before, with anxiety. The aim was to get me back with the public again. Hopefully, it will help me get back into things again, and eventually to work. I have been put with the voluntary work that I want to do.
Nothing could have been better. They have done everything they can, been wonderful. The ball is rolling.
