"Staff patient and considerate"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

Visited the urgent care centre during an extremely busy period feeling very anxious about my symptoms. The staff remained patient, polite, kind and considerate throughout my visit and sent me away reassured. It was clear by the number of people in the waiting room that the staff were rushed off their feet but this did not affect their attitude of professionalism in anyway. The student nurse, triage nurse, nurse and doctor all put me at ease. After reading negative comments through social media in the past I was pleasantly surprised. The staff really are a credit to the hospital. Thank you
