"Excellent example of why NHS matters"

I recently attended Royal London A&E as a walk in with an arterial bleed. Staff were courteous, patient and working hard to process patients through the department. I was dealt with efficiently, had an assessment and intermediate dressing applied before getting stitches. Staff were friendly throughout and I cannot thank them enough for the care that is typical, in my experience, of why we should support the NHS and its staff.
