Whether private or NHS every patient should be afforded a decent and consistent level of medical care.

I saw a consultant who had referred me there for no explained reason having had the same consultation with them a few weeks prior. They had no idea who I was and apparently had no notes. I had to remind them of my symptoms while watching watching them fill in a form for a follow on procedure.

I have cancelled my follow on procedure at this hospital and am going elsewhere.
