"Broke my arm (double compound) ..."

What I liked

Broke my arm (double compound) in Jan 08 and I was very impressed with the speed of the doctor coming through to get me, must have been 20 seconds tops, I had to get an x-ray, and the member of staff taking the x-ray literally grabbed my arm and turned it on its side. Sorry but I did not find that acceptable. Apart from that very brillient service, I loved the gas-and-air, took the pain away while the doctors were putting the "brace" on it while I went to Kingston Hospital.

What could be improved

Your x-ray staff.
