"Can't even get an appointment when we need one!"

About: Torbay Hospital / Neurology

Can't get an appointment for an epileptic with hard to control epilepsy and epilepsy psychosis. A doctor in resus recently requested that my partners epilepsy specialist contact them and we have heard nothing. The lack of epilepsy care in the area is what has caused my partner to develop epilepsy psychosis which has lead to the police putting multiple vulnerable persons reports out on me. A complete failure! The secretary gave us a number for the epilepsy support nurses that didn't even work! a total joke. ended up having a secretary from the general neurology department rather than the secretary for the epilepsy specialists help us, they had to leave their station to find the correct number and gave us the direct number to neurology
