What I liked
Good parking facilities, clear signage to outpatients. The receptionist was efficient and there is a good, comfortable waiting area. The nurse who met me and took care of me was lovely, very friendly and professional.
What could be improved
The consultant I saw was very brusque and comments were made about charges at this hospital, if I needed to come back. These comments made me feel uncomfortable about being treated there as an NHS patient. The examination was not explained to me beforehand. I found the experience very stressful. I expected a lot better.
