"Helpful not"

Moved up from London where I had a good mental health team who helped me with so much so was shocked when I was seen buy waterford house as they spoke with me for almost an hour then asked me what I wanted from them I told them and all I got was a self referral received a letter today saying they can't help after asking me all them questions I'm so angry at them they just pat you on your head and say there there run along now I'm on 40mg citalopram and that said just keep taking them so how do I not need there help buy law they have to review the dose I'm on but nope so what I'm thinking is get in touch with people who I know work for papers and bring to light the concerns of waterford they get paid for doing nothing in my opinion very rubbish service
