What I liked
Small with a friendly atmosphere.
What could be improved
External - care of grounds very poor. Weeds and out of control plants. Painting and care of external fabric - poor.This does not give a good first impression.
Too many administrators walking around without an apparent purpose. (get them to weed the gardens?) Nursing Staff levels OK but other manual workers appeared disorganised.
