What could be improved
The ladies on the reception area never even bother to give patients or their relatives a friendly welcome.The staff at The Ridgeway Hospital at Wroughton are much nicer and I always choose to go there if they can help.I have also never forgotten the rude and unkind behaviour that I received when I attended the clinic as an NHS research patient. The doctor in question could not know that I might later attend the clinic as a private patient. I am looking forward to that new hospital opening as then the girls may have to put a bit of effort into making patents welcome.
