What I liked
I was admitted to St Mary's in late Jan 2008 for an urgent coronary double by pass.
From my admission, the pre op tests, the consultations with the Anesthetist and Surgeon, the operation, the post op after care were all excellent.
Also the hospital food was the best I experienced of the ten hospitals I have been a patient.
In the High Dependancy Ward, the medical care from the Doctors and Nursing staff would have been hard to better.
What could be improved
The hospital is too warm with inadequate fresh air ventilation
