Just spoken to a very unhelpful person to try and re arrange appointment. Very awkward, and difficult throughout conversation.

I am sorry if you felt that on this occasion they did not demonstrate these values to you. We are keen to hear from patients and loved ones so that we can learn lessons and improve our services so thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. This issue will be raised with the Team and remind them of our Trust values.
