"Poor Service for NHS patientt"

About: London Independent Hospital

Reffered as NHS patient and underwent minor procedure. Disappointed that my consultant did not come and see me post operation to tell me how it went or what they had even done. Left hospital in understandable pain and was given pain killers. I was given pain killers which side effects were undoubtedly going to affect my healing process and has done so resulting in more excruciating unnesscary pain. I have had to take a week off work because of it, i have visited my GP who has re-prescribed medication which will help as opposed to hinder my recovery. Lack of ability to allow patients (maybe it's just NHS patients) to contact the consultant and voice their concerns. Maybe this is just how private hospitals treat out sourced patients however I am un impressed with this hospitals treatment.
