About: Droitwich Spa Hospital

I had a TKR at this hospital very recently. I cannot fault the surgeon, staff and quality of care, but as an NHS patient, I have been extremely frustrated and disappointed at the quality of the post op admin, Trying to get a post op appointment has been a nightmare with conflicting advice, given appointments cancelled, and generally being sent round in circles. Please don't let yourselves down on this BMI, be clear with your information for NHS patients.
