"My care plan is tailored to suit me"

About: St Andrew's Healthcare Birmingham / Moor Green

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I find my care plan helpful as it is a way staff get to know their patient needs and how best to support them. I find mine useful as it can be tailored to suit me by stating how I wish to be looked after. I would recommend St Andrew's because patients are closer to families here.

Thank you for your positive feedback. All care plans should be written to meet the needs of the individual and this is obviously having a huge impact on your progress which is really great to hear!
