What I liked

I was always very impressed with the Bupa Roding, it was friendly & efficient.

What could be improved

To go back to the way it used to work, since

this hospital became Spire Roding its

efficiency has dropped by at least 25%

Appointments always seem to be running

late, anything upto an hour before you are

seen, reception for Mr Tibrewal lost my husbands notes or put them in the wrong slot consequently Mr Tibrewal had finished his clinic and then realised he had one more patient. Mr Sood always runs late

1hr - 1-1/2 hrs late for the last appmnt.

Simple efficiency is all that is required.
