What I liked
Many of the nurses are considerate and repectful of confused elderly patients.
What could be improved
Some of the nurses treat the elderly patients poorly, talk over them as if they are a piece of meat. They seem to have little understanding of how difficult it can be where you have poor eyesight/hearing/memory. It must be a very worrying time, yet some of the nurses seem to find the patients a 'nusance'. One lady even had her bell put out of reach. Are they not trained to deal with patients who have varing degrees of dementia?
