What could be improved

I attended for a cystoscopy. My appointment was for 12.15 o'clock, at 12.30 I was asked to change into a gown and robe and placed in a small waiting room. Ultimately there were eight NHS patients, all elderly, all in gowns sitting shoulder to shoulder waiting for the operation.The first operation of the NHS patients started at after 14.00 o'clock.

The operatng theatre appeared to me to be temporary and from its contents was a storeroom. The floor was also wet.
