"Average treatment during my stay for a kidney infection"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Nephrology

(as the patient),

I was a patient at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital and stayed on H2. I received treatment for a kidney stone and a kidney infection. I felt the level of treatment that I received was average. The visiting hours could have been better, they seem to clash with meal times and the doctor's rounds. The food needs to improve. It would have been nice to have been treated as a person rather than just a number in a bed.

I was not impressed about anything, I think that it is wrong to have to pay for T.V. etc. The car parking is also disgusting.

The orderlies seem more caring than the staff.
