What I liked

volunteers at main outpatinets directing patients to correct areas. nursing staff were pleasant and information given to waiting times etc.

What could be improved

waiting area is very poor, everyone sat in a narrow corridor (neurology clincin). chairs (fixed to wall) are not really suitable for people with mobility needs.

told by consultatant nothing could be done re pain, which is not what was said at intial consultation. conflicting information needs to be stopped
