I went to the Northern General Hospital and stayed on Huntsman 3. Whilst there I had an operation on my knee. From the initial clinic through to the operation it was speedy and efficient.
The arrival procedure could have been better organised. When I arrived at hospital on admissions day, I was sent from ward to ward and no one knew about a bed for me. I was finally found a bed on Theatre Admissions.
I would like to thank the staff for the level of medical and nursing care that I received, it was excellent.
