What I liked
Late on the evening of Saturday May 3, I visited the A&E at St Mary's, desperate to get help/treatment for an ear infection which I had had for several days and which my local hospital (Ealing) was apparently unable to help with.
After booking in, I was promptly and very efficiently attended to by the doctor...I was enormously impressed by their professionalism, and would like them to know formally how pleased and relieved I was after seeing them!
