I recently attended my local GP Surgery to book an appointment. I was treated very well by the reception staff, they informed me of the difficulties in getting an appointment on that day but promised they would do all they could to help over the next few days. I got an appointment for the next day and received the necessary treatment. Big thank you to everybody concerned.
