What could be improved

i recently had to undergo scans for suspected ovarian cancer, i had to attend x-ray, clinical imaging on a walk in basis, i was seen within 10/15 minutes of arriving, all of the staff were very kind and helpful to me, they explained things thoroughly, and answered my questions very well, i saw the same xray nurse 2 out of the three times and they were really kind, i could not ask for a better service, i think the nhs is great and taken for granted along with all the staff. we are extremely lucky in london, thank you so much
