GP referred my relative to A & E a few days ago. They were seen very quickly and investigations commenced immediately with care taken to ensure my relative was made as comfortable as possible.
Each time that one of the medical team said that they were going to do something or bring something to my relative, it was done when they said it would be. The staff explained everything that was happening and all investigations were thorough, leading to a diagnosis which was then able to be treated..
I found everyone to be efficient, kind and caring in
A & E Majors ward despite it being very busy, plus the ward appeared bright and clean.
"Favourably impressed with A & E Majors Ward"
